THE PROCESS
Everybody repair starts with an estimate of the extent of the damage and determining the appropriate method of repair. First, our team strips damaged components and parts from the vehicle. Once the components are off, we further analyze the vehicle to ensure there is no additional damage.
With larger heavier damage it is likely that the vehicle body or frame will no longer be within specification and will need adjustments. Once we assess the damage to the vehicle, we will complete any further disassembly required and collect all parts that require paint refinishing.

CUSTOM PAINT JOBS / REPAINT
Even if it’s just a small scratch, you need an expert to make it disappear. Worried about cost? We know how to keep costs down by focusing on what needs to be repaired, rather than respraying entire panels or large sections of your car.
If the scratch is through the paint, we sand the area down to bare metal. We then strip the car by removing parts like mirrors, trim and accessories to make priming and painting easier. This ensures an evenly applied paint across the entire body of the car.
Dents are rebuilt and blended into the surrounding area, then top quality surface paints are color matched and seamlessly applied and protected with tough clearcoat finish. Clearcoat finishes are added to enhance the color of your vehicle and create a perfect factory-fresh finish.

What if we are not a preferred shop listed by your insurance company?
You may select any repair facility that meet your needs. If you prefer to work with us and we are a non-participating shop with your insurance company, then please fill out the appointment form with your insurance claim number and we will take care of everything for you.

What if I don’t need repairs right now?
You may receive reminders about scheduling repairs, but don’t worry—you can schedule them when it’s convenient for you.

What’s the repair process?
- Schedule an estimate with our repair shop and/or schedule to have your non-drivable vehicle transported to Prestigious Auto Spa
- Approve the estimate and authorize repairs.
- You can pay your deductible, if applicable, to the repair facility when repairs are complete.

What are my repair costs?
After confirming your repair, we will provide you with an estimate for the claim-related damages. Keep in mind that if we identify additional damage during the repair, the shop will let you know the additional cost for the approved repair estimate. Your insurance deductible will be paid to the shop, if applicable, when repairs are complete.
